The brothers behind the SHIFF GROUP, Zvi and Daniel Shiff, have a collective education that spans over 15 years and work experience that spans over 50 years across multiple countries, backgrounds and disciplines coming together as one creating an entrepreneurial company in the U.S.

Establishing a home base in Miami, FL, has allowed the company to shift from its core competency of investments, focusing on real estate investing, to a diverse investment philosophy targeting a host of new industries.

The SHIFF GROUP’s rapidly expanding portfolio includes an array of industries in the private and public sectors, including Real Estate, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cannabis and Psychedelics, Clean water, Music, Energy Beverages, Early-Stage Start-Ups to name a few.

The last 20 years are a testament to the hard work by Zvi and Daniel solidifying the company as the go-to family office in South Florida, with its unique investment approach and unparalleled reputation.

Zvi Shiff
Zvi's work experience covers a wide range of fields and jobs, starting at the young age of 13 in the hotel industry. Learning the ins and outs of the industry, while working his way up the ranks, and through various departments, all the way up to General Manager of SHIFF HOTELS.
Zvi served in the Israeli Army, The I.D.F., at 18 years of age and worked in intelligence for 3 years.
Zvi re-joined the SHIFF GROUP organization going through various positions and learning the ins and outs of the organization. Zvi was instrumental in the expansion to Russia. Zvi has also led the SHIFF GROUP in negations with the US Government. Negotiations that eventually secured the contract to lease to THE US EMBASSY their current location in Jerusalem, Israel.
Zvi had been the vision behind the SHIFF GROUP's US expansion. Here, as CO CEO Zvi has led the company into building a multi million dollar portfolio in several industries ranging from real estate to tech and much more.

As a result for his concern to the environment, Zvi is invested in water treatment and recycling companies, as a future vision to help minimize pollution and use of plastic.

In trying to build a better tomorrow and inspire the youth, Zvi, through the SHIFF FUND, provides credit to promising small companies.

Giving back to the community Zvi serves on the Boards of local and national charities regarding children's physical and mental health.

Daniel Shiff
Danny’s career began at 18 years old, fresh out of high School in England. He established a Real estate investment and development company focusing in building a portfolio of residential properties across London. As the company grew as the Co CEO of the SHIFF GROUP, Danny was instrumental in expanding the groups investments outside of the UK, building a portfolios of thousands of multi family apartments across the USA.
For the Last 22 years Danny has lead the firms Investments into multiple asset classes and a wide range of industry investments into health care, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Energy & Performance Beverages, Nutraceuticals, Luxury Furniture, Artificial Intelligence, Crypto currency, Music & Entertainment and many other early-stage start-up investments.
Danny is currently leading The SHIFF GROUP fund, where it has a focus to become a global leader and provider of credit for small and middle market companies.
Danny is also an active philanthropist with an emphasis on children health and education charities.
